ABOUT ME

My real passion for photography began when I gave birth to my beautiful daughter Mila.

She became my inspiration and reason to follow my dreams creatively, so at the age of 33 I quit my job as a support worker and I went to study photography at the Arts University Plymouth.

It was the best decision I ever made! This was the breakthrough moment when I discovered that I can truly express my thoughts, feelings, emotions and my life journey through the lens.

Photography gave me the freedom to define myself in many many aspects - as a human, as a woman, and as a mother!  I finally feel fulfilled and whole.

I've been working as a professional photographer for a few years now and every time I meet my clients, I get a sparkle of excitement. It's the most wonderful feeling to see them happy and satisfied.

I'm a spiritual person. I believe in kindness and good energy. I know that nothing happens without a reason - we have to earn our happiness (what goes around comes around!)

I love to travel; it keeps my mind open. I also practice yoga; go for bike rides and I really enjoy spending time with my friends drinking wine and ales. Being surrounded by people makes me feel alive.

I love Devon & Cornwall. I was born in Poland quite far from the sea that’s why I feel really lucky and grateful to live in such a beautiful area close to the seaside.

I combine a career as a commercial photographer with fine art practice. My work is mainly focused on social documentary and portraiture exploring identity, ethnicity, individuality, and femininity.

My work was shortlisted in a number of competitions, including winning a placement with Rankin and was exhibited in the UK and abroad.

I graduated in 2018 with a First Class Honours degree in Commercial Photography for Fashion, Advertising, and Editorial from Arts University Plymouth.

My biggest achievements!

My solo exhibition in my home town in 2018. The exhibition was dedicated to my beloved Granny who passed away. She was my biggest supporter, my muse. She gave me the strength to become the woman that I am now. Something that I treasure deeply and I feel privileged that I can pass her teachings and wisdom down to my daughter.
