ABOUT ME

My work is rooted in fine art, shaped by academia, and refined through a decade of professional practice across editorial, commercial, and wedding photography.

I trained in Commercial Photography at the Arts University Plymouth after transitioning from a Fine Art background, graduating with First-Class Honours. From the outset, my intention was clear: to build a practice led by storytelling, aesthetics, and emotional intelligence—rather than trends.

Early in my career, I was selected for an editorial work placement with renowned photographer Rankin, assisting at his London studio on editorial shoots for Hunger magazine. Alongside this, my work was exhibited at the House of Lords in London and internationally, and I held my first solo exhibition in my hometown in Poland.

Over the following years, my practice expanded rapidly. I photographed more than 200 weddings across the UK and abroad, while continuing to work editorially and commercially. My work has been published widely, I was named one of the Top 10 Wedding Photographers in Plymouth, and I received multiple awards from the South West Wedding Awards, including Best Bespoke Photographer and Highly Commended.

Parallel to my commercial work, education became a core part of my career. I was invited to lecture, lead workshops, and collaborate extensively with Arts University Plymouth, including organising multi-day commercial photography workshops and photographing graduating Costume Design collections. In 2023, I opened my own photography studio, where I combined practice with mentoring, teaching photographers and creatives both the craft and the business behind sustainable careers.

After years of continuous growth, I chose to step back. In 2025, following the long-term impact of an earlier car accident, I slowed my practice significantly to prioritise health and recovery. In 2026, I made the intentional decision to take a full year away from weddings entirely, a necessary pause after a decade of intensity.

This space has allowed me to realign my work around depth, authorship, and meaning. Today, my focus sits within branding, editorial storytelling, and mentoring, working with creatives and businesses who value substance, clarity, and visual integrity over noise.
